• Each Host will release schedules when info is available.  No later than the Wednesday before play starts.

• Use the links to review Schedule & Results information as well as determine where you are playing

• Use the Directions section to link to Google Maps for all local & travel playing sites

• Coaches will share with you info about when to arrive and where

REGARDING WEATHER ON EVENT DAYS

It is VERY RARE that an event is canceled due to weather.  
IF there were a possibility of a cancelation, we would have a lead on it the night before and send out an alert.
IF there were to be a cancellation of an event, notices would be posted on website, social media, and a communication
from your coach by 5am the morning of the event.
