Online Instructions:
Follow these simple instructions to access the online camp registration system and sign up for your camps:
1. Click on the following link to Register
Online:
Fusion Camp Registration
Note: You will be taken offsite
to our registration provider "UltraCamps". The site will
open in a new window.
2. Click on the "Create Account" button on the left hand side.
3. Complete the registration form.
4. Once you have completed your
registration, click on "Add a new child to my account."
Note: Repeat this process for as
many players you would like to add. Make sure you enter the
players' grade for the 2008-2009 school year.
5. Under the "New Registrations" column, click on "View Upcoming Sessions"
6. Find the camp you are looking for and click on the camp name.
7. Click on "Register for this Session"
8. Select the player/child you want to
Register.
Note: It will only allow players
that are in the grade designated for these camps to register. Make
sure you entered the players' grade for the 2008-2009 school year.
9. Complete the registration process.
10. All payment options are available
... Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and E-Check.
Important Notes:
- If you have any questions at all, please call the Club Fusion
Office at 815-923-4466 and ask for Eric. If he is not available at the
office, please call his cell at 815-703-8724.
- The site is totally secure. There are no issues with your personal information being transmitted over the internet.
- Additional camp details will be added over the next several days. We ask for your patience as we update the site.

If you are unable or uncomfortable
submitting payment online, you can registration forms from our document
center. Please
click here to see our printable documents and registration
forms.

files.

If you would like to call in your
registration, you may do so between the hours of 9am-4:30pm Mondays thru
Fridays. The phone number is 815-923-4466.
You can fax an offline order form to our office at 815-923-4487.
