Eric Schulze has been coaching junior volleyball for 14 years including 11 years with Club Fusion volleyball. During that time, Schulze has coached 15s, 16s, 17s, but primarily has been focused on 18s where he currently holds the position of 18 Black (18-1) coach for Club Fusion. Schulze is regarded as one of the best young coaches in the country and his players and teams have experienced a great deal of success not only while playing for him, but beyond. In the last five years, Schulze's teams have never finished outside the Top 5 at Nationals and many consider his strength to be training in the gym. What College Coaches Say: "Eric is one of the great developmental coaches in the country. Eric's former players that have played at the University of Illinois are not only extremely skilled volleyball players, but they think the game at a high level, they have developed as leaders and they are passionate about the game." -- Kevin Hambly, Head Coach, University of Illinois "Eric is an excellent volleyball coach. He has been instrumental in the development of some of Illinois's best junior volleyball players." -- Keylor Chan, Head Coach, Northwestern University "As freshmen, both Sam (Thrower) and Jordan (Haverly) have made an immediate impact in the Big Ten in large part because of the coaching they received from Eric and Club Fusion Volleyball.
